"Our family with 2 small children stayed here June through September. The house was simply great. There were many thoughtful considerations in this fully furnished rental. The two things that made this rental stand out for me was the kitchen with brand new appliances, and not having to deal with separate tv/wifi/utility bills. The open floor plan worked well for us- there was plenty of room for all the toys. The neighborhood was nice and the location is great: we never encountered bad traffic on the streets, and it's a quick 4 minutes drive to the grocery store. Some families of 4 would feel cramped with just 2 bedrooms but we had an infant in a crib and the larger bedroom had enough space for it.
